LGERI collects the minimum personal information about users to provide them with our service and any additional services that may become available.

From time to time, through LG emailing service, we may conduct questionnaire surveys or run competitions and events, and in relation to these, you may be asked to provide the minimum information about you to assist us with mailing of survey results and prizes. Any personally identifiable information about you is disposed in an irretrievable form upon delivery/return of prizes (one month after the competition/event).

Personal information of all users is protected with safeguards with regard to accessing and managing personal information. To prevent unauthorized use of the administrator PCs, each PC is assigned a different user and then a password, which is renewed on a regular basis. Other computers are restricted from accessing the server containing personal information.

Destroying personal information
If you delete your user ID or request for termination of your membership of LGERI or if we have finished using your personal information for the purpose as notified to you in advance, the collected information will be destroyed without delay.
